Warranty and Return Policy
Please inspect the board and box for dings,cracks, and other defects as soon as it’s received. Do not accept the box if there are any damages. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. To file a claim, please call or email us with your info. Limited 12 month warranty
SUPjet will cover manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the board.
To register and cover your board under this warranty, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the order number, serial number(found on bottom of board), and your name, phone number, and address within 30 days of purchase.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or issues that arise from negligence, such as (but not limited to) prolonged sun exposure damage, salt water corrosion damage, or cracks and dings from normal usage, which are likely to occur in the lifetime of a hard board. Things needed for filing a claim
To file a claim, please ready the following: Full name of order, order number, description of issue, and picture and/or video of issue.
Should you want to return your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return the item to us in it's original, unused, and undamaged condition in it's originally packaging. You are responsible for paying all shipping fees to get the item back to us, and are responsible for ensuring that no damage to the product happens during shipping. Your money, minus our shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee, will be refunded when we receive it and it passes inspection.
